Three Texas public schools stand at the top of Texas Education Agency’s accountability data, posting scores of 100, 99 and 98.

Based on the district-level accountability data analyzed by TXAN 24 News, 195 school districts received an A rating, with Region 17 in Lubbock leading the state with 19 A-rated districts.

Twenty Texas school systems and campuses included in the latest Texas Education Agency accountability data received an F rating, with reported scores ranging from 41 to 59.

Thirty-four Texas high schools have each won $5,000 through T-Mobile’s Friday Night 5G Lights program, providing a combined $170,000 to football programs across the state.
