LIST: 20 Texas Schools Receive F Ratings in Latest TEA Accountability Results

AUSTIN, Texas (TXAN 24) — Twenty Texas school systems and campuses included in the latest Texas Education Agency accountability data received an F rating, with reported scores ranging from 41 to 59.

The list includes schools and districts from across the state, representing several TEA regions and counties.

Among those receiving an F with a score of 59 were Royal Public Schools, Essence Preparatory Charter School, Etoile Academy Charter School, Bloom Academy Charter School, Hallsburg ISD and Uvalde CISD.

The scores highlight a wide range of performance among schools receiving the same letter grade. While some were only a few points below the next accountability level, others posted scores considerably lower.
