TYLER, Texas (TXAN 24) — Every Thursday, TXAN partners with Nicholas Pet Haven to spotlight one incredible animal in search of a forever home. This week, we want you to meet Cole, an 8 month old sweetheart who’s been growing up at the rescue since the day he was born.

Cole came into the world inside the shelter alongside five siblings, and ever since, he’s been waiting patiently for a family to call his own. Despite spending his whole life in rescue care, this little boy has nothing but love to give, and he shows it every chance he gets.

A Purring Bundle of Love

Cole is the definition of a cuddly companion. His absolute favorite thing in the world? Being held. Pick him up, and he’ll immediately melt into your arms with nonstop purrs. He thrives on affection and has the kind of gentle, trusting heart that makes every moment with him feel special.

But don’t let his soft side fool you, Cole is also full of playful energy. He loves batting around his toys, exploring his space, and engaging with anything that keeps his curious kitten mind active.

A Perfect Fit for Almost Any Home

Cole gets along wonderfully with other animals, making him an easy addition to homes with dogs, cats, or both. He’s friendly, adaptable, and eager to connect with anyone willing to give him attention, love, and a cozy place to curl up.
