NPH - Pet of the Week

TYLER, Texas (TXAN 24) — Every Thursday, TXAN partners with Nicholas Pet Haven to spotlight one incredible animal in search of a forever home. This week, we want you to meet Princess, a sweet and loving approximately 2 year old girl who truly lives up to her name and is ready to find her person.

Princess came to the rescue looking for someone she could finally call her own. She’s the kind of pup who wants to be right by your side at all times, soaking up every ounce of love and attention you’re willing to give. Despite everything she’s been through, Princess remains gentle, affectionate, and full of heart.

A Little Lady With a Big Personality

At around 2 years old, Princess is out of the puppy phase and settled into her calm companion era. She’s a dainty little lady with just a touch of sass (wet grass for potty breaks? Not happening!). Princess loves being close to her people and is happiest curled up next to someone she trusts.

Sweet, Social, and Full of Love

Princess gets along wonderfully with other animals and would make an amazing companion for someone who works from home or a retired family looking for a loyal couch snuggler. She only weighs about 28 pounds, making her a perfect small to medium sized cuddle buddy. Her favorite place is right beside her person, and her loving nature makes her impossible not to adore.

With a family to call her own, Princess has everything she needs to become an incredible lifelong companion.
