MISSING: Urgent Search for Longview Woman After Disturbing Call

LONGVIEW, Texas (TXAN 24) — A Longview family is asking the public for help locating a missing woman last heard from over 48 hours ago.

Katherine Mann-Ciccone called a relative in distress, claiming her husband had been physically abusive and warning that the situation was escalating. According to reports, Katherine said she was being told to leave the home before things got worse. A bus ticket was purchased to help her get to safety — but she never boarded.

Now, her loved ones are sounding the alarm.

“We’re worried sick,” said Monica Lynn Mann, who’s helping lead the search. “She reached out for help, and now no one has seen or heard from her since.”

The Longview Police Department has been notified, but family members are asking the public to keep their eyes open and share any information that may help bring Katherine home safely.

“She could be in danger. We just want to know she’s okay,” said Mann.

Katherine Mann-Ciccone’s description and photo have been circulated on social media. If anyone in the Longview area has seen her or knows where she might be, you’re urged to contact the Longview Police Department or reach out directly to her family.
