Lime Pictures Enters Vertical Drama With New Series Revenge Is A Dish

LOS ANGELES, California (TXAN 24) — Lime Pictures, the production company behind the long-running series Hollyoaks, is entering the growing world of vertical television with its new 57-episode romantic thriller, Revenge Is a Dish.

The series, produced with RoseBerry Media and available globally through the epis streaming platform, follows Paige, a young woman who takes a job at the Rochat family’s restaurant while secretly planning to get revenge on the family.

Kharla Corley stars as Paige alongside Luke Delaney as Deveraux, with Tamara Wall and Jessica Paul also leading the cast.

Directed by Lime Pictures Co-Head of Scripted, Kids & Family Angelo Abela, the series brings the fast-paced storytelling associated with continuing drama into a format designed specifically for mobile viewing.

For Lime Pictures, the project represents its first move into original vertical drama. The company says the format shares several characteristics with soap storytelling, including rapid pacing, major story hooks and high-drama scenes.

Revenge Is a Dish is part of a larger push by RoseBerry Media and epis to develop premium entertainment specifically for mobile audiences.

The platform launched globally this summer and currently features more than 100 titles, with more than 25 original vertical productions planned for 2026.
