TYLER, Texas (TXAN 24) — On October 21, 2008 Johnny Franklin was reported missing by his employer who stated Franklin had not shown up for work in several days. Police recovered Franklin's vehicle found at 3009 N. Grand behind a Church. Franklin's date of birth is 7/25/55.
