Police Undercover Sting Targets Prostitution in Longview, 11 Arrested

LONGVIEW, Texas (TXAN 24) — The Longview Police Department announced Monday that 11 men were arrested during a prostitution sting conducted on September 18, 2025, along the 1500 block of East Marshall Avenue.

According to police, the operation was led by the County Organized Drug Enforcement (CODE) Unit, Special Investigations and Apprehension Unit (SIA), Police Area Representatives (PAR), and Patrol officers. Female officers posed as undercover prostitutes, and suspects allegedly agreed to exchange money for sexual acts before being taken into custody.

Those arrested were booked into the Gregg County Jail and charged with Solicitation of Prostitution, a State Jail Felony. The suspects range in age from 24 to 76 years old.
