ARLINGTON, Texas (TXAN 24) -- With one half of the national championship slate set, we are one half away from knowing who will face Notre Dame. Ohio State has jumped out to a lead in the first half.
The buckeyes held a seven-point lead for most of the first half until Quinn Ewers connected with Blue on an 18-yard pass to tie the game up at seven.
On the first play of the very next drive, Will Howard and the buckeyes scored in one play on a 75-yard pass to take the lead into half.
1st Half:
Will Howard: 200 yards, 1 TD, 14/19
Quinn Ewers: 133 yards, 1 TD, 10/19
