FIRE ALERT: Evacuations Ordered Near County Road 1151 as Firefighters Battle Growing Blaze

TYLER, Texas (TXAN 24) — Firefighters are responding to a fast-moving fire near Highway 64 and Toll 49 in Tyler, and officials are now ordering everyone in the area of County Road 1151 to evacuate immediately. The fire continues to spread toward nearby property, and heavy smoke is making conditions dangerous for anyone remaining in the vicinity.

Emergency crews are moving quickly, blocking off roads and clearing the area so they can position additional equipment. Residents are urged to leave as soon as possible and follow instructions from law enforcement on scene.
