WHITEHOUSE, Texas (TXAN 24) — Fields said his repeated grievances to the district went unanswered, even as court-ordered pickup days and criminal trespass notices were lifted and reinstated multiple times over the past four months.

The ongoing back-and-forth left the Field family in constant limbo — straining the father’s ability to maintain contact and creating instability for the child’s school routine.

“[Whitehouse ISD] is allowing the mother to break the court order by being involved in the child’s transfer on my court ordered day—we do not need her help if [Whitehouse ISD] would’ve just followed the court order that was already in place,” stated Fields

The Texas Education Agency has been contact by Fields and has received his complaint about Whitehouse ISD.
