Chiefs' 15-Game Win Streak Continues with Thrilling Walk-Off Field Goal Block

ARROWHEAD STADIUM (TXAN 24) -- The Kansas City Chiefs added a thrilling walk-off field goal block to their 15-game win streak, narrowly escaping the Denver Broncos, 16-14. As Broncos kicker Wil Lutz aimed for a last-second game-winner, Chiefs linebacker Leo Chenal crashed through Denver’s line to block the 35-yard attempt. “I was just praying for something to happen,” Chenal said. Patrick Mahomes threw for 266 yards and a touchdown, while Harrison Butker’s go-ahead field goal held up. With this win, Kansas City remains one of only five defending champs to start the following season 9-0. “Any win is good,” Mahomes added.
