TYLER, Texas (TXAN 24) — A community benefit event for Clint Alford is scheduled for June 6 at ETX Brewing, featuring a growing list of signed memorabilia, live music, and a full-day auction and raffle aimed at supporting Alford and his family for a liver transplant.
Organizers say the event will run from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., with multiple local and regional bands performing throughout the day. All proceeds from the auction, raffle, and event activities will go directly to the Alford family.
Among the confirmed auction items are a signed 8x10 photograph of Ally Venable, a signed guitar pickguard and 8x10 from Wes Jeans, and a signed poster from Uncle Lucius. A newly released Lamb of God CD, signed and paired with a special zine, has also been secured.
Additional items are still being collected, but organizers are also highlighting a major auction centerpiece: a Mitchell T231CE acoustic-electric guitar signed by Hank Williams Jr.
In addition to securing memorabilia, organizers are seeking a guitar case or protective bag for the instrument.
Community members are encouraged to attend, support the cause, and participate in the auction or raffle during the event.
