4 Texas Women competing in the PGA Championship in Frisco

FRISCO, Texas (TXAN 24) - The KPMG Women's PGA is set to take place in Frisco at the Fields Ranch East golf course from June 19 through June 22. All eyes will be on the four Texas athletes who will be competing in their home state.

Kristen Gillman - Austin, Texas
A two-time U.S. Women’s Amateur champion and standout from the University of Alabama, Gillman continues to represent Austin on the LPGA Tour with consistency and finesse.

Gurleen Kaur - Houston, Texas
A Baylor University alum, Kaur made waves in collegiate golf and is now carving her path as a rising pro from Houston with poise and power off the tee.

Cheyenne Knight - Aledo, Texas
Knight broke through with a win at the 2019 LPGA Volunteers of America Classic and has remained one of Texas' most promising young stars on the tour.

Stacy Lewis - The Woodlands, Texas
A former World No. 1 and major champion, Lewis is not only a veteran presence on the LPGA Tour but also serving as captain for the 2023 and 2024 U.S. Solheim Cup teams.
