Texas Armwrestling League Regional Tournament approaches this weekend

CORSICANA, Texas (TXAN 24) — Armwrestlers from across the region will gather this weekend to prove who’s the strongest at the 2026 Central Region Armwrestling Tournament.

The event, hosted by the Texas Armwrestling League, will take place Saturday, February 21, at 12 p.m. at the Corsicana Opry, located at 215 E. 5th Avenue in Corsicana.

Organizers say the tournament is open to both men and women who want to compete. Weigh-ins will be held Friday from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. and again Saturday from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Corsicana Opry. An entry fee is required at weigh-in.

The Texas Armwrestling League focuses on promoting safe, competitive armwrestling across the state. Officials encourage spectators and competitors alike to attend and support the growing sport in Texas.
