Senior Class: Houston Honors 22 Cougars Ahead of Showdown with TCU

HOUSTON, Texas (TXAN 24) — The No. 23 Houston Cougars will pause before Saturday’s 3 p.m. kickoff against TCU to honor a group that’s helped steer the program through one of its most important stretches in school history. This year’s Senior Day, presented by the UH Alumni Association, celebrates a 22-member class that’s earned bowl victories, weathered conference realignment, and carried Houston into the Big 12 era.


It’s a veteran group defined by loyalty and longevity. The roster features two six-year seniors and two five-year seniors who began and ended their careers in Houston, choosing to stay and build despite the changing landscape of college football. Their presence has shaped the foundation Willie Fritz continues to grow.
