EAST TEXAS (TXAN 24) — Winter weather conditions have prompted several East Texas school districts and institutions to close or delay operations for Tuesday.
Icy roads and freezing temperatures are impacting the region, creating unsafe travel conditions for students, faculty, and staff. Below is the complete list of closures and delays announced:
Delayed Start:
• Alto ISD: Classes will begin at 10 a.m., with buses running two and a half hours later.
