HOUSTON, Texas (TXAN 24) — Golf Club of Houston has earned a spot on the list of the hardest-to-book golf courses in America, coming in at No. 22 out of 690 evaluated venues, according to a nationwide study by leading golf apparel brand Galvin Green.
Scoring 73.15 out of 100 for booking difficulty, the Texas-based club impressed with a strong 4.53-star rating, a median hot deal price of $95.99, and 50% sell-out rate on discounted tee times.
The study evaluated courses using five weighted factors—player rating, number of reviews, price and availability of discounted tee times, and how quickly those deals sell out.
Florida and Arizona dominated the top 20 with five clubs each, but Golf Club of Houston stood out as Texas’ highest-ranking entry.
