COLD CASES SERIES: Jackie Foster

JEFFERSON COUNTY, Texas (TXAN 24) —

On September 6, 1990, Jackie Foster was reported missing from the Abilene, Texas area. She was last seen at a truck stop in Cisco, Texas.

On September 8, 1990, Foster’s body was found by fishermen near a drainage canal on FM 365 in rural Jefferson County, Texas, near the city of Port Arthur.

Upon discovery, her body was found to be wrapped in a heavy canvas tarpaulin, or “tarp”, clothed in a shirt, pink sweatpants, with no shoes.

Texas Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward of up to $3,000 to any person who provides information that leads to the arrest of the person/persons responsible for this crime.
