COLD CASES SERIES: Dennis Matlock

CHEROKEE COUNTY, Texas (TXAN 24) — On 01-16-2002 the Texas Rangers and the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office initiated an investigation into the murder of Dennis Matlock.

Matlock was found deceased at his residence.

An autopsy was performed which determined Matlock died from a combination of physical injuries.

Texas Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward of up to $3,000 to any person who provides information that leads to the arrest of the person/persons responsible for this crime.
