Riders must have a Class M motorcycle license or endorsement, and motorcycles must pass yearly vehicle inspections.
Financial responsibility insurance with at least $30,000/$60,000/$25,000 coverage is required to legally ride.
Lane splitting (filtering between stopped cars) is illegal.
